A sunny day in June…….. at a championship venue……..for a great cause……… supported by a committed and passionate team……….it does not get any better than the 2nd Annual Jimmy V Penn-Jersey Home Run Derby at Trenton Thunder Arm and Hammer Park to be held on Sunday June 28, 2015!
The event draws participants from among the best high school sluggers from Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Pennsylvania won the first competition last year with Dominic Cuoci from Pennsylvania and JP Radvany and Dan Wondrack from New Jersey as the top point getters for their respective teams.
More importantly, this event was made very personal as each of the hitters was playing for a loved one or friend that has been affected by cancer this was recognized in the program and by the public address announcer throughout the event!
So join us on June 28, 2015 after the 1pm Trenton Thunder game for a real homerun of an event: The 2015 Jimmy V Homerun Derby!
